Things To Know Before Your Stay
All our rooms are non-smoking, including the porches. Also no candles or incense please. We can direct you to outdoor locations where you may smoke. If you smoke in your room there will be a $250 cleaning charge.
We offer complimentary high speed WiFi throughout the hotel. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
A two-night minimum stay is required during peak periods and weekends. A three-night minimum stay is required for some holiday weekends. Each additional person $25.00. Children 3 and under are welcomed free of charge.
Check in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Parking may not be available before 3. Please check in at the front desk upon arriving and pick up your parking pass. For any questions and information about your arrival feel free to call ahead of time. Front desk is open 7am-10pm, for later check in please call ahead.
When you book, a deposit equivalent to the first nights rate per room will be charged to your credit card.
CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES: If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 service charge per room booked. If you call or email less than 14 days, not including the day of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. For cancellations made on the day of arrival the full amount of your stay will be charged. We don’t offer refund for late arrival or early departure.
Sorry no pets allowed. All Service dogs must have an up-to-date vaccination record which must be presented to the Front Desk at check in. Failure to alert the hotel that you have brought a dog with you will result in an additional fee of $350. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
